Overview

The Ramp Tool enables the creation of onramps, offramps, and road splits.

While using the Ramp Tool, a blue line follows your pointer, snapping to lanes.

The outcome of your actions depends on the objects you select, where you right-click, and whether the Shift key is pressed.

Create Ramps

• Select Ramp Tool icon from Toolbar
• Hover over the outermost driving lane until the light blue line appears.
• Use shift + left click and drag to preview the slip road.
• Dragging ahead of the starting point creates an onramp, while dragging behind creates an offramp.
• Use left click button again to finalize the road at the desired location.
